Reference Photos
Reference-photo uploads are optional and should contain only what is reasonably needed to evaluate appearance care. Do not upload maintenance records, flight plans, identification documents, payment information, or other sensitive records.
The website is configured to accept only supported image formats, normalize and encrypt reference photos, avoid creating public WordPress attachment pages, restrict photo viewing to authenticated administrators, and delete stored reference-photo files after approximately 90 days. Lead records may be retained longer when reasonably necessary for customer service, legal, accounting, security, or operational purposes.
Airport, FBO, Hangar, and Aircraft Information
Location and aircraft information is used only as reasonably necessary to review and coordinate the requested service. Customers should avoid submitting sensitive operational details beyond what is required for access and scheduling.
